Driving License and Eyesight 
The clients who must hold a current, valid driving licence (provisional or full),which must be produced on or in advance of their first lesson. The client must also check they can read a number plate at a distance of 20.5 metres (with glasses if normally worn)

Payment
Payment is by bank transfer at least 48 hours before the lesson commencing.
Lesson Postponement or Cancellation - 48 hours notice of a cancellation is required to avoid a lesson fee, however if I can obtain work for any individual lessons cancelled, I do not ask for payment. If its not possible to rebook the time set aside for your lesson I do ask you pay for your lesson. I do reserve the right to postpone lessons if I consider the weather or road conditions are unsuitable or dangerous or due to mechanical failure. I cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of having to postpone any lessons, for whatever reason. Please note regular cancellation may result in loss of your regular space to another pupil.

Punctuality
In their own interest clients are advised to be punctual for lesson appointments. I would normally wait for a maximum of 10 minutes and try to contact you before the full lesson would be abandoned and the lesson fee forfeited become due for payment.
If a period of four weeks passes without a lesson being booked your lesson slot will be made available for others to book, unless you have made arrangements for lessons to continue from a certain date with my agreement.
Driving under the influence.If I suspect you are under the influence of drink or drugs the lesson will be forfeited and you will pay the cost of the lesson and no further lessons will be booked,I reserve the right to report you to the police.
The Driving Test
a) Driving tests should be booked by you after you have checked my availability and in agreement with myself that we are both happy that you are ready for your test. Driving test bookings always take priority over other lessons. Therefore, your lesson may be postponed to allow for someone else's driving test and vice-versa. Changes to lesson bookings as a result of this will be notified immediately. I would ask to be notified immediately a driving Test has been booked and a copy of the conformation email to be forwarded to me.
 
b) I reserve the right to withhold the use of my car for the test if, in my opinion, your driving is not up to the required standard.
 
c) Test cancellation
The DVSA requires a minimum period of notice of cancellation or postponement of your test.( Check their website) Failure to provide the required notice will result in the loss of your test fee. I cannot be held responsible for any postponement or cancellation of tests.
d) Failure to comply with T & C's may result in removal from my client list.
